So my mom bought this DVD with several different workouts. There are two different types: yoga and Cardiovascular. I prefer the cardio over the yoga. First of all, I don't care for yoga and in no way am I that flexible. Cardio keeps me moving and glistening. :) 
If you and your siblings move to different parts of the state or even different parts of the country and you need to get together for something that has come up or a family reunion or a family vacation or somthing along those lines...how are you gonna do it? Driving?...Takes too long. Flying?...Too expensive. What about an underground track?
I'm into jeeps, trucks, and motorcycles right now and I found a couple pictures of some liberty jeeps that I like, but I wasn't sure what color looked better and if I should go with the "Liberty look" at all. I am used to the "Jeep feel" because this is what my Mom drives and I usually borrow her car when I need to go somewhere.
