Determined

So my mom bought this DVD with several different workouts. There are two different types: yoga and Cardiovascular. I prefer the cardio over the yoga. First of all, I don't care for yoga and in no way am I that flexible. Cardio keeps me moving and glistening. :)
You always know when you have pushed yourself enough cause you start to feel the burn. I like to push myself to my limit plus a little bit more, so that I can make a new goal for myself. The work-outs that I do are only 10-20 minutes long. My favorite one is called the "Ten Zen Core." Its a 10 minute ab work-out that strengthens your abs and helps you to feel better about yourself.

I'm hoping that by eating healthier foods, exercising more, getting more sleep, and changing the little things about my life will help me feel better about myself. I've been told, "Its not what you see on the outside that matters, but on the inside." I agree with this statement, but I also think that if you feel good about yourself as a whole then it will help you with your confidence and what you think of yourself.
